DELIVERY Our products are mostly on stock and will ship several days after you placed the order. In case we do not have stock of the item you ordered we do our best to produce and ship within 4-6 weeks. 4-6 weeks is also the lead time before we ship products with custom cords length. the delivery time of custom products is determined after consultation.
SHIPPING How much do i have to pay for shipping? We charge different prices in all different countries we ship to. within the country there is another difference between products that ship on a pallet and products that are sent without using a pallet. The Products that include metal have to ship on a pallet since metal easily damages the cardboard when thrown around by the postal service. We always ship on a pallet. PLEASE CONTACT US TO HAVE A QUOTATION FOR THE SHIPMENTS.
RETURNS We do not refund any orders due to risk of transportation damage on return shipments. we advise to go to a store to see a physical example and purchase the Scraplight there if you have any doubts about the looks in real life. Any damages that occurred during shipping must be reported within 5 days of delivery for a proper replacement or credit to be given. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us.
CUSTOM ORDERS Do you accept custom orders? we’re happy to work with you! custom orders are subject to additional costs and longer lead times, but no problems: you come together with our technical office! we truly enjoy collaboration and encourage you to contact us.
PAYMENTS For the first order, payment is anticipated - in any case please contact our distributor closest to your location using the RETAILER CONTACT FORM. We will give you all informations you need as soon as possible.
